MORE ABOUT THE ROLE &amp; TEAMWe are looking for an experienced person to step in for a 10 months parental leave, as our acting People and Culture Compliance Specialist. The PS works with PC-related projects, primarily focusing on Swedish labor law as well as compliance globally as well as support the Director of People, Culture and Diversity with communication and presentations.The PS will provide management, coordination, and support for assigned compliance projects within the People and Culture Department. They will lead projects from A-Z, and the capacity to keep track of several moving parts of a project at once is essential, as well as taking a project management role.Projects/Programs could be related to any area within Human Resource, but will have a heavy weight upon Swedish labor law and compliance. This role could be placed either in Gothenburg or in London. WHAT YOU WILL DOIn this proactive and cross-functional role, you are responsible for the performance and driving of:<ul>
<li>Liaise with labor law representatives globally and update labor law related processes</li>
<li>Liaise with trade union representatives and handle negotiations.</li>
<li>Support our People operational department in complicated compliance related matters</li>
<li>Collect, analyse, and report data and be responsible for KPI-reporting within the department. </li>
<li>Take ownership of our whistle blower strategy and internal communication</li>
<li>Write and communicate policies in People and Culture related areas</li>
<li>Handle sustainability reporting and take the overall responsibility for our P&amp;C Sustainability Strategy</li>
<li>Put together and market internal handbooks to various stakeholders</li>
<li>Handle global GDPR audits and implementation in close collaboration with international legal support</li>
<li>Handle global audits linked to local labor law</li>
<li>Plan, lead and implement trainings - both in-person and digitally in compliance-related areas for both management and employees</li>
<li>Support with presentations and communication</li>

<li>Experience of writing policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Experience of leading projects, self-going.</li>
<li>Strategic and process-oriented mindset.</li>
