MORE ABOUT THE ROLE &amp; TEAM We are looking for a dynamic E-commerce Coordinator to help drive our online growth and enhance the digital shopping experience. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our online store, ensuring seamless execution of digital strategies, and maintaining brand integrity while driving revenue.WHAT YOU WILL DO Some insight into (some of) what you will oversee and be responsible for: E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT<ul>
<li>Optimize the online store for an exceptional user experience.</li>
<li>Ensure product listings, promotions, and content align with sales strategies.</li>
</ul>WEBSITE MANAGEMENT<ul>
<li>Update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with inventory and the sales calendar.</li>
<li>Streamline processes for product enrichment and content updates.</li>
<li>Develop localized site experiences based on regional consumer demand.</li>
<li>Execute online campaigns in collaboration with brand and marketing teams.</li>
<li>Act as a "super user" for relevant e-commerce systems and continuously assess their effectiveness.</li>
<li>Work with web developers to implement site enhancements and improvements.</li>
</ul>MARKETPLACE MANAGEMENT<ul>
<li>Manage product listings across marketplaces, aligning with inventory and sales plans.</li>
</ul>CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE<ul>
<li>Enhance the digital shopping journey through user-friendly site design and a seamless purchasing process.</li>
<li>Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to increase satisfaction.</li>
</ul>E-COMMERCE &amp; MARKET TRENDS<ul>
<li>Stay updated on industry trends, emerging e-commerce technologies, and best practices.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to track competitor activities and evolving customer preferences.</li>
</ul>COLLABORATION<ul>
<li>Work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, customer service, and creative teams to align online initiatives with business goals.</li>
</ul> REPORTING &amp; ANALYSIS<ul>
<li>Utilize web analytics tools to track performance, customer behavior, and key metrics.</li>
<li>Generate reports on KPIs and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.</li>
