Digital Marketing Specialist MORE ABOUT THE ROLE &amp; TEAM The digital marketing specialist work with the day to day execution of digital marketing campaigns by staying updated on internal sales numbers as well as external trends in the digital marketing field. WHAT YOU WILL DOContent<ul>
<li>Analyze and report on content performance.</li>
<li>Create content briefs and project lead content production from a performance marketing perspective.</li>
<li>Strategize and execute content tests.</li>
</ul>Paid channels<ul>
<li>Work with the daily management of various paid social channels, including targeting, bidding, content in accordance with set goals for cost of sale and sales forecasts.</li>
<li>Contribute to drive the brand development by planning and executing digital campaigns with brand growth as main target.</li>
<li>Manage and improve catalog ads. </li>
<li>Develop and implement channel specific strategies. </li>
<li>Stay updated on digital marketing trends and manage contact with external key account managers to foster the relationship with main digital ad suppliers.</li>
</ul>Affiliate marketing<ul>
<li>Find and contact new publishers.</li>
<li>Coordinate existing affiliates in terms of commission levels, content, product placements.</li>
</ul><ul>

<li>Analytical thinker.</li>
<li>Deep knowledge about digital marketing concepts, strategies and tactics.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Facebook ads or Google ads.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field preferred.</li>
