We are looking for multiple Sales Associates, to join our flagship store in Stockholm! We have full time and part time roles available ASAP-please choose which you prefer in your application. The new Sales Associate should be able to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional shopping experience while having a genuine interest in our Stockholm community and aiming to contribute to the teams overall performance and values.Our Sales Associates are responsible for excellent customer service, increasing brand knowledge, executing visual standards and driving performance goals set for our store in cooperation with the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities will include:<ul>
<li>To develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company’s expectations.</li>
<li>An understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that customers are informed and aware.</li>
<li>To continuously build and maintain customer relationships-our customers are our community!</li>
<li>To replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.</li>
<li>To know your city and the social movements within it. To use this information as a tool during the customer service ceremony.</li>
<li>To be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals and performance against them. Developing sales strategies and driving business growth.</li>
<li>Work in and promote a team-oriented environment that can have fun whilst remaining professional.</li>
</ul>ARE YOU THE ONE? Due to expansion in all Stockholm locations, we have a few part-time and full time roles available. Lucky us and lucky you. We seek someone with most of the following:<ul>
<li>Prior sales experience in retail is a must.</li>
<li>Sales experience with high-end retail brands is an advantage.</li>
<li>Strong selling techniques and excellent customer service skills.</li>
<li>Passionate about fashion.</li>
<li>Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand is a plus.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, can work productively and take initiative.</li>
<li>Works well with others and is a good team player.</li>
<li>Great communication skills with a social personality.</li>
<li>Have a humble approach and contribute to a good team spirit.</li>
<li>Be open to new things and receptive to constant development.</li>
<li>Willing to work flexible hours and availability as per business needs.</li>
