Returns
If you’re returning an order from the UK, you can drop it off at your local Evri ParcelShop or Locker.
If you’re returning an order at your local ParcelShop, you’ll receive a QR code once you’ve booked your return. Scan it at the ParcelShop to print your return label.
If you’re returning an order via Locker, you’ll need to print your return label at home. For more information on how to do this, please click here.

Retours
Axel Arigato propose des retours gratuits dans un délai de 30 jours. Veuillez noter que tous les retours doivent être envoyés en utilisant notre étiquette de retour préimprimée et prépayée. La commande doit être renvoyée dans son état d'origine, avec son emballage d'origine, et envoyée par le transporteur indiqué sur l'étiquette.
