Returns
If you’re returning an order from the UK, you can drop it off at your local Evri ParcelShop or Locker.
If you’re returning an order at your local ParcelShop, you’ll receive a QR code once you’ve booked your return. Scan it at the ParcelShop to print your return label.
If you’re returning an order via Locker, you’ll need to print your return label at home. For more information on how to do this, please click here.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned in store.

Axel Arigato offers free returns within 30 days. Please not that all returns must be sent using our prepaid preprinted return label. The order must be returned in original condition with included original packaging and sent via the desginated courier printed on the label.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned in store.
