Axel Arigato is seeking a dynamic IT technician who will ensure that our offices and stores have the best technical setups&nbsp;during the time our colleague is on parental leave (from 1st December 2025 until the 31st of December 2026). As a key player in our team, you will oversee workplace and infrastructure, drive technical improvements, manage cloud services, and lead information security efforts. <li>Ensure that Axel Arigato has an efficient IT workplace according to business needs and IT security requirements, for both office and store users.</li>
<li>Work operationally&nbsp;with end-user support, monitoring the environment, and collaborating with suppliers.</li>
<li>Oversee the Microsoft Azure environment and related cloud services, storage, and backup.</li>

</ul>ARE YOU THE ONE?We are seeking a dedicated IT professional to manage and enhance the IT environment at Axel Arigato. This person should be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about technology, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. We also see you as being experienced and confident in:<ul>
<li>Several years of experience working in IT support or as an IT Technician.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace systems, and end-user support.</li>
<li>Hands-on knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.</li>
<li>Experience with device management tools (e.g., Intune or equivalent).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Clear communication and documentation skills, with the ability to support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
<li>Awareness of IT security best practices and compliance with IT policies.</li>
