Place a piece of paper larger than your foot on a flat, hard surface with one edge flush against a wall. Tape the paper down so it doesn’t move.

Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall. Using a pen or pencil held straight down (not angled under your toe), mark where your longest toe reaches. Even better if someone else helps mark it!
